What Happened to the Couples Nowadays....

If you heard that your friend had broke up with their bf/gf, what do you feel? I guess it is very common nowadays... Recently, there are plenty of couples around me have broken up. Some of them have been together for 3,4,5, or even 6 years. What's wrong with the culture nowadays? I know girls are more independent now. They are more courageous and brave to face everything. They got their own standard and requirement when it come to choosing their partner. But i wonder, is it they have also become more arrogant? More demanding and more self-centered? I guess due to this shocking culture, many of us are affected. Some might even doubt the meaning of love. Is there really true love exist? If yes, how come people breaking up? Even married couples divorce.
